Sometimes, day-to-day life stressors can get in the way of us feeling good.

You might find yourself feeling anxious or stressed about social situations or start to feel burnt out from work. You may simply want a safe place to be able to talk without the fear of being judged or to be able to talk about old wounds. Individual counselling can be suitable to work with depression, anger, grief and loss, anxiety, stress, fears, phobias, self-esteem or trauma.

Oftentimes, clients want a chance to be able to do safe self-exploration and to help make sense of some challenges they are dealing with.
